As part of activities to make many Nigerians own their private homes, a Lagos based real estate company, Adron Homes and Properties Limited has launched a promo that offers a 25 per cent discount on all its lands in Lekki, Ikorodu, Shimwawa, Atan-Ota, Ibadan and Abuja.
Aside lands, the company is also giving out 10 per cent discount on the purchase of houses in any of its estates across the country. Though, those that made their purchases within the festive period got bags of rice, goat and five litres of vegetable oil, the company’s management is extending the promo to enable many Nigerians, including those in the Diaspora.
