The government has been advised to enlarge property ownership space by encouraging investors in the real estate sector, property ownership is a major key to wealth creation; it should be available to everyone regardless of his or her income status.
Federal Government also advised those who want to go into the real estate business, to understand why they want to go into this line of business, have the drive, avoid jumping from one business to the other, and always have at the mind to solve a particular need rather than see it as a money-making venture.
